All dogs must have a meet and greet prior to enrolment to assess suitability and create a plan tailored to your dogs confidence levels in order to set them up for success moving into daycare

Our membership options make it easy and affordable to give your dog regular play, socialisation, and care. Whether you're after a one days a week or full-time fun, we've got a plan to suit every pup and their people. Choose the membership that fits your lifestyle below and enjoy the benefits of priority booking, discounted rates, and a happy, fulfilled dog.
If you’d like to add an extra day occasionally, you can do so at your current membership rate (e.g., if you’re on 2x/week, you can add a third day for $48).

If your dog visits more regularly, we highly recommend booking consistent days to take advantage of our lower membership pricing and to help your pup thrive in a more familiar routine.

Do I need to have my dog assessed before booking?
Yes, all dogs must go through our assessment process before enrolling. This ensures that each dog is suited for daycare and helps maintain a low-stress environment for everyone.

Can my dog stay for the day after their assessment?
Unfortunately, no. We believe in starting with a short, positive experience to help your dog feel comfortable and relaxed. Over time, we’ll gradually build up to longer sessions, ensuring your dog’s daycare experience is always positive and stress-free.
Can I bring lunch for my dog?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring lunch for your dog. Alternatively, you can purchase lunch through the “add-ons” section in the owner portal for added convenience.
How long is a half day?
Our half-day rates apply to visits of 4 hours or less. We don’t have specific time frames for half days, as long as the total visit time is 4 hours or below.
How often can my dog come to daycare?
The answer depends on your dog. We don’t allow dogs to attend more than 3 days per week, as too much daycare can lead to stress or other negative effects.
If we notice that your dog isn’t adjusting well to certain days or multiple visits each week, we’ll let you know and work together to create a plan that ensures your dog is happy and comfortable in our environment.
What happens if I don't use all the days on my Flexi-Pass?
Our 5-day Flexi-Pass is valid for 80 days, and the 10-day Flexi-Pass expires after 120 days. Any unused sessions will expire after that period, so be sure to use them within the timeframe to get the most out of your pass!

How do I sign up to a membership?
Once your dog is enrolled at ECC, you can select the membership option that best fits your needs. Simply click the button above or follow the link provided in your booking confirmation email to get started.
Please note: After signing up, it can take up to 6 business days for the bank to process your membership, plus an additional 2 days before we receive final approval to activate it.
Already have days booked before your membership starts? No worries, we’ll honour the membership rate during that period, so you won’t be charged the casual rate.
What if I don't use all my days?
Unused days don’t roll over, they’ll expire at the end of each month. So be sure to make the most of your membership and get your pup in for some fun!

When dogs attend irregularly, they can become unsettled or forget the daycare rules, which can disrupt the group and increase stress for themselves and other dogs.

Think of it like going to the gym, you see the best results when you go regularly. The same goes for dogs at daycare. Consistent attendance helps them build social skills, feel more at ease, and thrive in the environment we’ve created.

What if I don't want a membership or weekly attendance?
No problem! We offer flexible options to suit different needs. You can choose our Flexi-Pass for more freedom, or simply book casually at our casual rate.
That said, our memberships offer the best value, the more often your dog attends, the more you save!
What if I'd like my dog to do an extra one-off day?
Need an extra day every now and then? No problem! You can book additional days at your regular membership rate.

What if my dog attends 1 day some weeks and 2 days other weeks?
In this case, we recommend starting with a 1-day-per-week membership and simply booking extra days as needed. This way, you avoid losing any unused days while still enjoying membership benefits and rates when your dog attends more often.

What happens during ECC's 2 week close down period over New Years?
All memberships will automatically be paused for the 2 weeks ECC is closed.
