We are looking for another human to join our busy doggy daycare in Hornby 

Hours are casual and will be variable, availability to cover leave and sick leave is required. We operate on a mostly rotating roster. Hours will most likely require afternoon closing shifts and may increase depending on future demand. 

Experience is greatly preferred for this role

You will be required to supervise playgroups,  recognise, manage, redirect and reinforce behaviours within groups and maintain a calm, safe and enriching environment. 

Our Activities Coordinator will create enrichment focuses for staff to focus on with the dogs each week. These include games, training focuses, and enrichment activities

About you: 

• Experience greatly preferred
• Able to work well in a team 
• Confidence when working in groups of dogs 
• Available on short notice to cover sick leave if required 

This isn’t just cuddling dogs and playing with puppies! The job is hard, stimulating and sometimes stressful. Working with dogs requires you to be on your feet for long periods and lots and lots of cleaning
